The Cameroonian international Jacquette Ada has just officially launched her foundation; an institution created essentially to help those in need. Her teammates from the Indomitable Lionesses’ team were called upon to encourage the initiative.
Gabrielle Aboudi Onguene, Augustine Ejangue Siliki, Estelle Johnson and even ex-captain Christine Manie are some of the players who have joined in encouraging the launch of the foundation on behalf of the forward.
To the question of knowing the missions and the objective of the foundation, Ada answers: “What I want to do through this foundation is to help people who really need it. We will start small. But we are already thinking about possible developments. Our headquarters are here in France. This is where we are going to legalize the foundation. A central office is planned in Yaoundé which is currently being developed. For example, we would like to help with the fight against Covid-19. “
Settled in France where she plays in the second division championship, more precisely at the ASPTT Albi, Ada continues her preparation before the return of competitions.
“Regarding the championship, it has not yet resumed. Hopefully we have to start again in July. For the moment I’m at home, I’m staying in shape and looking forward to the recovery,” she concludes.
